Baseball Fit

The throwing program utilizes weighted baseballs weighing 4, 5, and 6 oz. We sell these balls, but you can substitute a tennis ball for that 4 oz ball, and a softball for that six oz ball. This was how we did the plan a long time back and you will get superb results by doing this. The throwing plan spells out the number of throws to create each exercise, quantity of days per week to throw (three), and some essential strength and flexibility function for that rotator cuff.
